Sante A. Taroli, P.E.
Prior to joining Holbert Apple Associates in early 2007, Mr. Taroli spent twelve years with Delon Hampton & Associates, Silver Spring, Maryland as Group Manager, Building Structures and Associate responsible for assignment, scheduling and delegation of work throughout the structural group. He provided technical guidance and key decisions through all phases of design and construction of multi-story new building projects.
Mr. Taroli holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (Structural Option) from The Pennsylvania State University (1986) and holds active professional registrations in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia and Pennsylvania. His professional organization memberships include the American Concrete Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Prior to joining Holbert Apple Associates in 2003, Mr. Ober was with Cagley & Associates, Rockville, Maryland for five years as a Design Engineer and Project Manager responsible for the design of various government facilities, office buildings, parking structures and other building projects.
Mr. Ober holds Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (1993 and 1995, respectively). He has active professional registrations in Virginia and Illinois (Structural). His professional organization memberships include the American Concrete Institute, American Institute of Steel Construction and the National Capital Chapter - American Concrete Institute (formerly on the Board of Directors).
Kurt Wagner, P.E.
Joining Holbert Apple Associates in mid-2007, Mr. Wagner is the key Project Manager responsible for concrete, masonry and wood deterioration field surveys, reports, analyses, repair designs, contract documents and construction phase services. Prior to this, Mr. Wagner was a Project Manager and Associate for a large consulting structural engineering firm in Rockville, Maryland for 20 years where he was in charge of rehabilitation projects.
Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida (1974 and 1976, respectively) and holds active professional registrations in Florida, Maryland and Virginia. His professional organization memberships include the American Concrete Institute (Member of Committees 362 - Parking Structures and 546 - Repair of Concrete), International Concrete Repair Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Institute of Steel Construction.
