High-tech, 4-story, 20,000 square foot building on a difficult site (built into an embankment adjacent to Metro and railroad tracks). The building has over 40 individual offices and is designed for start-up and early stage information technology businesses. Amenities include a state-of-the-art communications system witih a T1 line and three to four data drops in each office, 24-hour access with ample parking, shared office equipment, conference and meeting space, storage space and a loading dock.

This 370,000 square foot project includes four levels of office space above three levels of parking and a covered loading dock. A basement level under the office footprint will house an exercise facility and space for a computer data center. The structure consists of concrete two-way flat slab floors with full drop panels. Columns are spaced typically at 30 feet each way. Foundations consist of individual spread footings bearing on natural soils.
