Complete interior "gut-renovation" and mechanical upgrade of the entire existing five-story, 80,000 square foot building structure constructed in 1959. The new space provides 30 classrooms, a music room with recording studio, multi-purpose room, fitness center with indoor running track, indoor playroom for children, adult and children libraries, design and technology labs, administrative offices and separate outdoor spaces for young adults and children.

Renovation of the ground floor and second floor of an existing dormitory and student services building built in the 1960's. The structural scope of work included a new internal stair, a new three-stop elevator with suspended pit, framing over an existing stair opening and skylights, removing an existing column at the top floor level and confirming the capacity of the existing structure to support a student health file room.
