Three-story, 3,960 square meter (42,600 square foot) cast-in-place concrete design/build bachelor enlisted quarters facilities with exterior corridors. The projects incorporate the Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Requirements for preventing a progressive collapse if a column, beam or exterior wall panel were to be destroyed by an external terrorism event.

Three-story, approximately 35,000 gross square foot structural steel framed design/build office building and a one-story enclosed walkway. The office building structure consists of structural steel framing (wide flange columns, composite steel floor framing and wide flange beam and girder attic framing supporting light gauge steel roof trusses and metal decking) designed for the appropriate code and anti-terrorism progressive collapse requirements. The encosed walkway is constructed of steel tube columns, wide flange beams and light gauge metal roof trusses. The foundations are continuous strip footings and a 5" slab-on-grade.
